The floor plan of the house is arranged in the shape of a square.

The family house consists of four brick sections in the four corners of the square. The space between them is filled with a central living area - a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, with each function having its own corner enclosed on three sides. An outdoor terrace adjoins the dining area. From the central space, there are views in all four directions, and it is also illuminated by a skylight located in the middle of the layout. In the three brick sections, there are bedrooms with bathrooms and walk-in closets, while in the fourth section, there is an entrance area, a toilet, a study, and a staircase to the basement, where the garage, utility room, and gym are located. There are no corridors in the building.

The above-ground part of the house combines smooth white and textured white facades. The underground floor and the base of the house are clad in stone, which is also used on the terrace and the access pathway to the house.
